We are looking to recruit an Event Planner to join the team at the Racecourse. We are madly passionate that everything we do is 'glorious' and you'll be a key member of the team to help us do just that. Everybody mucks in because we love what we do!

You'll be responsible for a variety of Racecourse planning and delivery including transport, CCTV & radios, ticketing & printing, event staffing, waste management, traffic management and other aspects of event build and all non-racing events. 

You will be part of a small team that delivers every race day and non-racing event effectively, efficiently and to a first-rate standard along with looking to continually improve and enhance the venue in a profitable, experiential and sustainable manner.

What you will need:

• Willingness to get involved in the practical and operational side of running Race Days
• Background in the events, leisure, hospitality and entertainment industry.
