Goodwood Estate has been hosting shooting parties for hundreds of years. We offer mixed Partridge and Pheasant days in the spectacular South Downs.

We are looking for a Head Keeper to join our shoot team. You will have proven experience as a Head Keeper or senior Beat Keeper on a high profile shoot, rearing your own birds with a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the rearing and welfare of gamebirds  leading a team of two Under Keepers to deliver exceptional shoot days.

What you’ll have:

• Strong, relevant experience is essential
• Experience of running a large rearing operation
• Conservation and animal husbandry must be high priorities
• A passion for nature and the sport
• A full and clean driving licence
