We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Kennels Private Members Club, to manage the day to day operation along with the delivery of Kennels events and external meetings.

In this key role you'll support, lead, motivate and coach the team, whilst directly overseeing the delivery of service.

You'll have a flair for creating an amazing customer journey - paying attention to every detail, with the ability to develop strong relationships with our members, internal stakeholders and your team. You'll have the ability to spot opportunities to control cost, maximise efficiency and monitor stock control.

You'll thrive on ensuring everything we do reflects our values, exceeds the customer expectation to deliver a unique and memorable experience to our guests.  

What you'll need:

• Experience/knowledge of  food & beverage management 
• A good knowledge of food, wines and spirits
• Passionate about inspiring a team to deliver perfection
• The ability to spot new revenue opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen to spot opportunities to control costs and maximise efficiency
