TRAINEE BENEFITS ASSESSOR (FS76)

£16,781 - £22,658 p.a. (Career grade)

Are you enthusiastic? Highly motivated? Keen to make a contribution in a busy team committed to providing a high quality service to customers?

Then we have an opportunity for you to train and progress in this important area of work.

You will learn to process benefit claims using a computer system. You will also be dealing with members of the public on a daily basis, both face to face and on the telephone. You should have some experience of using a PC with good keyboard and communication skills; you must be able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurately spoken English. We will provide the training to develop your skills and make you a first class benefits assessor.

The starting salary will be dependent on the level of knowledge and experience.
