Information Services provides IT infrastructure and support for all staff and students at the University of Portsmouth.

We are seeking an experienced Telephone Systems Operator to join a talented and dedicated team in providing a high standard of service to staff, students and external callers to the University.  We are a friendly, approachable team who work closely with all departments at the University providing calls that are answered courteously and efficiently.  The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy switchboard environment and an understanding of word processing and PC skills.

The hours required to work are:

·         Monday to Thursday – 1.15pm to 5.15pm

·         Friday – 12.15pm to 4.15pm

Any necessary training required will be given.
