The opportunity has arisen, to join the Management Accounts team within the University of Portsmouth’s busy Finance department, in the post of Accounting Technician (Innovation) 

The post holder will assist in the provision of the management accounting function for the University, and will be responsible for the pre-award and post-award function of large EU funded grants, as well as monitoring and post-award financial administration of other Innovation projects, grants and contracts. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. They should have experience of working in a finance office environment and preferably be studying towards or holding a CCAB recognised qualification.
