You could be working for an International manufacturing/ engineering company that are renowned for their good treatment of staff, who are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter and Operator to join the engineering team on the late shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Mon-Fri. If this isn't enough working hours for you, then there is the option to do overtime (double time on Sundays and bank holidays)

Skills and experience:-

You will need to have a good working knowledge of CNC Turner FANUC controls and be confident in your abilities to set the Lathes efficiently and accurately as well as be able to edit when necessary. Any programming ability on the Lathes and additional controls knowledge will be highly beneficial. In order to help you progress in your job as much as possible, this company are prepared to develop you for excelling and growth, allowing you to take advantage of the opportunities that come with working for this engineering company.

Of course being an experienced CNC Lathe Turner Setter you will be able to work to tight tolerances, and being able to quality check your own working using various hand measuring tools would be highly advantageous. This is because you will be producing interesting products on your new Lathe machines for the Aerospace/ Nuclear/ Medical industries. Working to these tight tolerances will improve both the accuracy and quality of your work.
