We are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer to work just south of Fareham to perform maintenance and routine checks of equipment and systems across a testing facility. Pays up to £22'500 with training on top!

We are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer to perform maintenance and routine checks of equipment and systems across a testing site. The right candidate will already have some fundamental maintenance experience and our client will invest and train you up significantly so you become highly competent in tackling site wide maintenance.

This role will be working 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. You will receive a salary of up to £25'000 dependent upon your experience, 24 days leave, pension, life cover, employee assistance program and a medical cash back scheme. You'll also get an extra day off on your birthday, free car parking and ample free tea and coffee!!

So what do I need?

Some site or production maintenance experience already is crucial as well as having a form of engineering certification (i.e HNC or apprenticeship in engineering). Having a good grasp of Microsoft office to write up records and reports etc is also important.

As a site engineer ideally you'll be multi skilled with some electrical experience too and be a clear and effective communicator both verbally and in written communication.

So what will I be accountable for?

The repair & maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the site, routine maintenance checks of water systems, boilers, fire alarm systems, some equipment qualification work and writing up maintenance records or reports.
