Working closely with the Managing Partner and Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to not only demonstrate your financial management expertise but encouraged to utilise your operational and commercial experience in a professional, modern and collaborative environment.

The firm is looking to further consolidate their position in the Central Southern region with not only organic growth but through acquisition. You will play an integral role in this exciting and growth period providing incisive financial leadership allowing the board to make critical decisions driving operational performance and strategic development.

About You

• Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• A commercial, results driven & entrepreneurial Finance Director with experience of working in the legal sector
• Have the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the management team
• Skills to include assessing acquisition targets, fund-raising and bank refinancing, working capital management, post-acquisition business integration etc.
• Adept at mentoring, leading and motivating finance teams
• First class presentation and communication skills
