A top 10 accountancy practice are looking for an Outsourcing Manager to join the Outsourcing and Business Services team at their office in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This office works closely with the other offices in the Southern region and benefits from a range of expertise.

About you:

• Likely to be ACCA or ACA qualified
• 4+ years experience within public practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Determined to succeed and motivated by results
• Good understanding of legislative changes
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Farmplan
• Have a clear customer focus

About the role:

• Regular face to face client contact
• Responsible for your own client portfolio
• Review of management and statutory accounts
• Some preparation of management and statutory accounts
• Involvement with business development
• Work closely with other Managers and Partners
• Training and developing junior staff
