Are you qualified to Black Belt standard in Six Sigma and seeking an exciting Business Improvement Leading role working within a highly respected manufacturing facility? Paying from £48500 up to £57500 and working Monday to Friday with half day Fridays, we are seeking an enthusiastic and focussed leader with exceptional cross functional communication skills to project manage business improvements. Being certified in engineering is necessary as is working within a prestige and very interesting manufacturing facility!

What do they do? They are a manufacturer based in Southern Wiltshire near to Salisbury. They supply into multiple industries and employ several hundred permanently on site.

What will I do? Reporting into the Quality and Business Improvement Director you will lead cross functional teams, coordinate resource, utilise LEAN and Six Sigma principles to manage business improvements. You'll be involved in accelerating initiatives, driving continuous improvements and the right philosophy into the culture.

What do I need? You'll hold a Black Belt in Six Sigma, MasterBalck belt or being a champion would be a bonus of course! You'll have some engineering certification, i.e HNC/HND or degree for example. Good knowledge of ISO9001:2008 is fundamental and any experience working to TS16949 standards would be great!!
