Private Client Solicitor – Bath

Highly regarded Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation in the South West and a London presence are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Bath office.

You will be joining the firms Private Property Team, the purpose of the role is to support the Bath Team in providing bespoke, high level Private Property services to existing and new clients. You will also be responsible for dealing with a caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties often dealing with high value transactions.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE with significant experience and expertise in residential property especially high value transactions along with proven business development skills.
