Our client – a firm ranked by Chambers UK 2016 and on the legal 500 are seeking a Corporate NQ for their prestigious Bristol Office.

Yow will be working with a Partner and Associate in the Corporate team, within the Commercial & Infrastructure department.

Experience of corporate work (such as joint ventures, share and asset disposals, acquisitions and mergers, restructurings, insolvency, governance and company secretarial work) is essential. The use of corporate structures within a public sector context, and experience in housing and registered providers as well as social enterprises and charitable structures would be desirable.

Your clients will come from a wide range of backgrounds, including; private companies, banks, management teams, investment funds and NHS Trusts.
