Our client, a leading legal 500 firm in Bristol are recruiting for a Banking NQ, the role is non-contentious.

This Multinational law firm are looking for a recently qualified Associate to join their highly regarded and expanding Banking team. With the team trebling in size and the scale of transactions growing exponentially over the past five years, now is an exciting time to join and play an active part in growing the practice even further. You will have the opportunity to undertake work that is varied, complex in nature, high in value and often international, all on behalf of a stellar client base which includes the "Big 5" UK banks as well as a wide range of other lenders and borrowers.

The team covers everything from setting up new entrants in the high-street banking market, through lending transactions to complex cross-border restructurings. Clients include European and US banks and all the main UK clearing banks.

You will encouraged to take on as much responsibility on a transaction as you feel comfortable to, there is senior support available both on the specific transaction in question and also on an ad hoc basis.

You will have knowledge and experience across a broad base of banking matters which will have been gained at a well-respected City or National firm.
