KITCHEN MANAGER FOR AWARD WINNING BAR OPERATOR - BATH - UP TO 25K

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager to join an already great team in one of the UK's favourite high street branded operators in this stunning bar in Bath.

You will be working within brand guidelines to create great quality food within food costs and budgets. Passion, creation and innovation are key to this role ensuring you meet customers needs. You will manage a kitchen team and be responsible for all health and safety and hygiene regulations. Training and developing staff and in charge of all costing's.

Ideally you will be from a branded background. Motivation and passion are essential in this role to keep up the high standards and service levels. You must have previous experience with financial targets and all the paperwork that comes from being a chef.
