We are looking for a Service Manager with experience of delivering sustained service improvements and a passion, drive and enthusiasm to make a difference. There are several areas requiring improvement on their recent CQC inspection and they need the person who can rally the team to get them back to where they need to as leadership was one of the areas they were lacking. The salary reflects the level of expertise required. to join the team at a Care Home based in High Littleton, near Bath.
The Home provides expert care to older people who suffer from dementia and are in need of other general care. The level of care was considered good in the CQC report. Close to local amenities and having a range of facilities in the home, provides comfort and safety to everyone who stays with us. We provide a supportive, friendly and comfortable environment where we support people to maintain their independence and control over their lives.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all staff deliver positive and measurable outcomes for the people we support
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and national minimum standards
Ensure all needs of the people we support are identified and their assessed needs met and supported by the implementation of appropriate regular reviewed Support Plans and risk assessments
Ensure the NMC Code of Conduct is adhered to
Adhered to company policies and procedures
Ensure the service and its resources are managed effectively, economically and efficiently
Maintain effective budgetary management and control and achieve profitability
Prepare and submit all budgetary and other financial information as directed
Ensure staff receive required levels of supervision, training and support to ensure that the needs of both the people support
