Conveyancing Fee Earner – Bristol

Specialist Property firm based close to Bristol Temple Meads are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to head up a team.

You role will be to manage a full and busy caseload from instruction through to completion, this will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. You will also be responsible for managing a team of junior paralegals and assistants.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or Paralegal with extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing and competent in running their own files. The ability to manage a team is essential.
