UP TO 21K PLUS BONUS

We are now on the look out for an energetic, dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager to join this incredible team in Bath.

It is exciting times for this expanding restaurant group with new openings planned all over the country. Their vibrant style provides the guest with a unique journey through exciting fresh food and exceptional service; an experience they will never forget!

As one of the most innovative and exciting brands on the high street we are expanding at a phenomenal rate and present genuine opportunities for managers at all levels to progress in their careers.

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having a good time, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that financial targets are met.

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded environment but certainly in a high street busy restaurant. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 26k per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business. The company has an excellent benefits package for employees including management discounts and trips abroad.
