HR Officer - Dorchester - £10.50 per hour - 3 months
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation for an initial period of 3 months, which has the chance to be extended. As HR Officer you will have responsibility for a wide range of duties relating to the provision of HR Advice & Guidance, development and maintenance of HR processes which underpin organisational change and legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:-
·Provide support to the HR Manager
·Co-ordinate administration processes for Promotion Processes for Staff
·Oversee arrangements for recruitment processes, including planning and organising of recruitment timetables, supporting line managers with design specifications for recruitment materials and with the short listing of applicants, preparation of interview scripts and attendance at selection processes
·Manage processes for the use of Agency staff, including the negotiation of contracts and fees
·Support and deliver test administration for occupational / ability tests, including SHL psychometric tools online, providing feedback to candidates when required.
·Plan, co-ordinate and organise the Induction programme for all new staff
·Assist the HR Team Manager with the preparation for IIP accreditation, monitoring progress against the action plan.
