GENERAL MANAGER- UP TO 32K PLUS GREAT BONUS NEEDED FOR FRESH FOOD LED VIBRANT EXPANDING RESTAURANT BRAND - IN EXETER

We are now on the look out for an energetic and passionate General Manager incredible restaurant in Exeter. It's exciting times for this expanding restaurant group with new openings planned all over the country. Their vibrant style has seen them turn into one of the UK's best loved brands providing the guest with a unique journey through exciting fresh food and exceptional service; an experience they will never forget!

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having a good time, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that financial targets are met.

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded environment but certainly in a high street busy restaurant. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 32K for the General Manager role per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
