An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Secretary to join an established law firm in Dorchester, Dorset on a full time basis.

As the Litigation Secretary you will provide timely, accurate professional and efficient secretary assistances to Fee Earners, ensuring the highest level of service to clients at all times. You will be responsible for Audio Typing and word processing, client communication via telephone, accurately recording messages and providing assistance where possible. Effective diary management and ensuring efficient upkeep of all databases, records, filing systems, opening and closing of files are keep parts of the role.

The ideal candidate must have experience working as Legal Secretary within a litigation departments, have fast and accurate audio typing skills (in excess of 60 WPM) and a high standard of written and spoken English.
