Conveyancing Paralegal – Bristol

Specialist Property firm with offices across the Bristol area are seeking two Paralegals to join their Conveyancing team based in their Southville or Bishopston offices.

You role will involve assisting the fee earners with their files of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, drafting and completing documents, carrying out searches and general administrative duties. There will also be an opportunity to run your own files.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working within a Conveyancing team along with experience of basic Conveyancing knowledge. The ability to handle your own caseload would be an advantage but not essential.
