Reward Analyst - £27-29k + excellent benefits - Dorset

Bond Williams are delighted to be partnering a prestigious local employer in a critical piece of recruitment. As Reward Analyst you will provide specialist analytical expertise, support and guidance in the specialism of pay, pensions and benefits, including the salary review process, performance management, market benchmarking, participating in salary surveys. Working as part of a Reward team, also assisting on Reward projects including policy development and new processes implementation and providing advice and guidance to the HR department as required.

You will ideally have experience in an HR/Reward role, with strong analytical/reporting and advanced excel skills. You will be a strong team player with a system process approach, problem solving, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. You will have the ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail and retain the ability to work calmly under pressure.
