Residential/Commercial Conveyancer – Bath

Accredited West Country law firm with a national and international client base are seeking a Residential/Commercial Conveyancer to join their Bath office.

You will deal with a mix of Residential and Commercial Property work, with the majority of the workload including high value Residential Property. Business development is also an important part to this role.

This role will suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in managing Residential and Commercial Property work. Experience of handling high value transactions is essential along with a proven ability in business development.
