Clinical Negligence Partner – Bristol

Leading Bristol firm are seeking a Partner for their Clinical Negligence department for their Bristol branch.

You will be working for an accredited legal 500 law firm with a national presence. As a Partner your role will be to manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters including high value, complex claims. You will also be responsible for advising on how best to achieve the most successful outcome.

You will also contribute towards the development of the department and the firm, playing an active part in business development and marketing. Training, planning, people management and compliance will also be part of your responsibilities.

This role will suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in running a Clinical Negligence caseload. Good management skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships are essential. You will also have excellent knowledge and understanding of high value, complex Clinical Negligence matters.
