Group Compensation Manager - Dorset - Circa £40k + Excellent benefits

Bond Williams are delighted to be partnering an market leading business for the recruitment of an exciting new position as Group Compensation Manager. The company is going through a rapid growth strategy and require an outstanding HR team to support the global operation. As Group Compensation Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of compensation programmes across the businesses. You will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to global business partners across the group in respect to global compensation programmes and practices.

Key responsibilities will include:-
• Delivers the day-to-day provision of advice and support to Heads of HR in relation to compensation programmes across the Group, e.g. salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives and employee share plans
• Manages annual compensation projects, e.g. pay increases, CEO awards, bonuses, to ensure processes, timelines and rigorous data integrity standards are met.
• Deliver share plan supporting documentation (booklets, FAQs, briefing presentations, marketing materials) for all company Share plans and manage all aspects of launch, application, ongoing administration of leavers, movements, employee amendments and vesting events
• Review delivery of Share Plans and make recommendations on future design and operation as required
• Introduce Pay for Performance framework and manage ongoing operation of this.
• Participates in salary surveys, analysing data to support data requests and to build salary structures
• Researches market data to advise and support HR Directors & Managers in recruiting and retaining employees
• Stays abreast of legal and market practices in respect to compensation and employee share plans
• Works with the Group Benefits & Mobility Manager to cost and advise on cross- border transfers and assignments
• Manages relationships with compensation and share plan consultants and providers.
• Supports the Group Compensation & Benefits Director as required

As an ideal candidate for this opportunity you will need to be a skilled communicator with excellent relationship management skills. You'll have a passion for market data, an analytical eye, impeccable attention to detail and a wealth of advanced Excel skills.
