Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for the administration and support to the National Audit Team and National Director of Quality and Improvement. Main duties and responsibilities •Report Management - Preparation and distribution of management information reports within given timescales •Manage information in accordance with the IT systems •Support for meetings to include preparation of documentation, arrangements, hospitality •Letter drafting, typing, note taking & distribution •Support for Human Resource processes and liaison with HR Managers •Dealing with confidential and sensitive information in accordance with Confidentiality Policy and Procedure •Functional day to day support for the Director of Quality and Improvement to include diary planning, travel and accommodation arrangements, general administration including reconciling corporate credit card accounts and expense claims etc. •General Office Management
