Our client, reputable law firm is currently recruiting for Legal Advisor to provide a range of general legal advice to Trade Unions. Our client is committed to Trade Unions and their members. Contact with union officials (at senior level) and members will form a large part of this role and will include development and promotion of this service. Successful candidate will specialize in compromise agreements and gibe initial advice by telephone on a wide range of legal issues. Qualified Solicitor, general law and Employment law advice (especially Settlements Agreements) is required and research skills. Provision of advice on legal issues in large volumes to specified deadlines. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, union officials, colleagues often at senior level. Dealing with sensitive requests to accommodate the requirements of the union or client. Suitable candidate will have to travel extensively to meet members who require face to face meetings. There may be also requirement to work from home. This position is immediately available.
