Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Bath

Dispute Resolution Solicitor: Legal 500, well regarded law firm are seeking a Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team based in Bath.

You will join their Dispute Resolution team acting on behalf of some well known companies and individuals dealing with a wide range of Commercial and Civil Litigation work. You workload is likely to include the following:

• Legacy litigation
• Contract Disputes
• Professional Negligence
• Breach of trust claims
• Contentious Probate
• Commercial property litigation
• Construction disputes
• Defamation
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Land law disputes
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant including rent arrears, forfeiture, possession, dilapidations claims, business tenancy renewals
• Charity and Educational institution related disputes.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, NQ + with experience of most of the areas mentioned above. Experience of contentious Probate work is highly desirable and an interest in Education and Charity Law would be advantageous.
