As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having a good time, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that financial targets are met.

You must have experience with-in a similar role ideally in a Branded environment but certainly in a High Street Restaurant. You will need to show drive and ambition, and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to £22k per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business. The company has an excellent benefits package for employees including management discounts and trips abroad.
