Wills and Tax Planning Solicitor – Bristol

Wills and Tax Planning Solicitor: Full time Solicitor required for a Legal 500 Bristol law firm to join the Wills and Tax Planning team in Portishead.

As a Wills and Tax Planning Solicitor you will be responsible for building a developing a caseload of wills, tax planning, probate, trust creation and trust administration work. There will also be an element of supervising junior members of staff and you will be responsible for the administrative duties associated with running a caseload.

This role will suit a proven Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive at least 4 years PQE with experience of running their own caseload of Private Client work to include Wills and Tax Planning. You will also have the ability to undertake fee earning work along with a proven track record in business development.
