Property Paralegal – Bristol

Property Paralegal: Legal 500, top tier law firm are seeking Property Paralegals to join their Bristol branch.

You will be joining a highly regarded firm dealing with sales of properties that have been taken into possession. You will be carrying out searches, title checking, issuing contracts, dealing with enquiries, exchanges and completions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience looking for an interesting and good quality workload. You will have knowledge and experience of conveyancing processes and transactions. The ability to manage your own caseload would be preferable but not essential.
