We are looking for an experienced P.A. with accounts experience to join our client in Launceston.
Duties to include:
- answering telephone calls
- maintaining diaries
- arranging appointments
- taking messages
- typing/word processing
- filing
- organising meetings
- using a variety of software packages
- booking transport and accommodation
- managing databases
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Purchase ledger
This is a permanant role to start now salary between £16k - £23k depending on experience
