The post holder will, at all times, promote and uphold the customer service values of the Company and be focussed on delivering the highest quality customer service, and improving the working lives of staff. To assist in the management of the Companys' customer service to its' accounts. To assist in the management of the Operations Department and to provide an efficient and effective administration and support service to the procurement business of the Company. To manage day to day Operations and administration whilst servicing the nominated customers' contract, to act as the initial point of contact for all customer escalations and contract queries for the account and to ensure that the Operations resource are efficiently and effectively deployed. HOURS 37.5 hours per week. Office hours may vary between 0730 and 1800 Monday-Friday. SALARY tbc ANNUAL LEAVE 28 days rising to 33 days after 5 years continuous service.
