Our client, an established and reputable legal firm based in Portishead, is looking to add to its team. They are looking for a Part Time Paralegal to assist their Wills and Tax Planning Team. This role will involve: - supporting the team's fee earners on Probate, Trust and Tax Planning files - drafting deeds and documents using the team's precedent bank - answering telephone enquiries - client contact - dealing with correspondence, both letters and emails The ideal candidate will have: - extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Wills and Tax Planning - ability to undertake research - desire to develop the position and make it their own - have experience and the capability to manage their own time Furthermore, a Law degree and/or LPC is desirable but not essential. This role is a permanent part time position based on 2-3 days per week, looking to begin mid-September. Depending on experience, salary offers will be up to £20,000pa.
