Non – Contentious Construction Lawyer – Exeter

Construction Lawyer: A top 100 firm are seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their team in Exeter.

The Construction team is ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500 and have an excellent reputation. You will join the expanding team as a Non-Contentious Lawyer dealing with non-contentious construction matters, this will include drafting of building contracts, development agreements, project monitoring and dispute avoidance.

You will be a Qualified Lawyer or Legal Executive at least 2 years PQE along with a strong academic background, non-contentious construction law experience, a positive and proactive approach and experience of working in energy and renewables sector is preferable. You will benefit from joining a top 100 firm who support development and progression.
