Commercial Property Solicitor: A highly regarded Bristol based firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team.

The firm are ranked in the Legal 500 and UK Chambers and you will join them as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will act mainly for tenants in relation to leasehold transactions including new leases and assignments of existing leases with some freehold acquisitions and also prepared to assist with higher net worth clients in residential and investment property purchases.

You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ to 3 years with some experience in Commercial Property work. You will also have a keen interested in this field along with strong academics.
