Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol

Residential Property Lawyer: A Legal 500 firm based in Bristol are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their accredited team.

You will be joining a highly regarded firm whose Conveyancing Team covers the whole of England and Wales. As a Residential Property Lawyer you will manage your own workload of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property. You will also handle shared ownership work for London properties.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE in Property. You will have experienced in shared ownership work or be willing to take on a shared ownership workload. You will also have strong academics.
