The Person
As Wedding and Events Coordinator you must have previous experience within a boutique style hotel as an experienced Wedding and Events Coordinator who will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing and have excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
* Organising events and weddings, from initial enquiry stage to communication of full event details to the operations team
* Liaising directly with clients with regard to all requirements
* Developing relationships with key clients
* Conducting professional show-rounds of the property
* Demonstrate initiative
* Thrive on networking and building relationships within the local area and driving the sales and marketing effort across all areas of the business
