Clinical Risk Solicitor – Bristol

A leading law firm with office across the UK are seeking an experienced Clinical Risk Solicitor based in their Bristol office.

My client provides legal advice to clients in the UK delivering public services including contract, litigation, property, construction, employment and medical law.

This role will suit a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and you will be joining their Clinical Negligence team who are highly regarded for their work in the NHS. The role will involve handling a caseload of medium value NHSLA files.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Defendant Clinical Negligence practice and the ability to handle own caseload. Knowledge of the operating protocol in place with the NHSLA as well as an understanding of the CPR is essential.
