Residential Conveyancer – Axminster

A Residential Conveyancer is required for a renowned regional law firm based in their Axminster office.

My client offers professional advice for a wide range of legal matters including land and property, wills, family law and litigation. Due to an increase in work they are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their Axminster office.

This role will suit a candidate with at least 1years PQE. You will have experience in dealing with freehold leasehold sales and purchases and associated mortgage work. An experience of shared ownership and help to buy would be preferable.
