Commercial Property Solicitor 1-3 Years PQE - Somerset

A specialist law firm with a regional presence is required to join its Commercial Property Department. Broad role covering large scale developments, site acquisitions and disposals and landlord & tenant work.

The role will involve handling the full range of property matters including residential and commercial work, acting for clients across sectors including education and registered charities.

You must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to handle complex and high value transactions. This role involves working closely with teams from other departments and also playing a part in business development and marketing.
