Property Solicitor Residential & Commercial Property.

A recognised organisation that provides legal and financial services to HNW individuals and companies is seeking to expand it's legal team and recruit an experienced Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal.

The role will involve working directly with an experienced property solicitor managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and commercial acquisitions and disposals which can range for from retail units to larger portfolios. You will work closely with pension trustees and peer to peer lenders managing relationships internally and externally.

The role would suit an experienced fee earner that is used to working on residential and commercial transactions including specialist and HNW matters. This is an exciting role with a firm that has asset funds of over £150 million and over 1,000 clients.
