Clinical Negligence Lawyer – Taunton

A Clinical Negligence Lawyer is required for a Legal 500 law firm based in Taunton.

You will be joining a national firm who offer a range of legal services to both businesses and individuals. You will be joining the Claimant Personal Injury Team managing your own caseload and assisting senior fee earners with high value, complex Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

To apply for this role you must be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of handling high value, complex Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases. Experience of dealing with LSC cases, BTE and CFA funded claims is necessary.
