Bond Williams are delighted to be working with a highly successful business that have exciting & continued growth plans. There is now an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the company and assume responsibility for compensation and benefits, reward policies and remuneration.

Key objectives of the role are:-

Key Objectives:

• To provide strategic direction for compensation and benefits
• Work with the HR team, Executive Board and other senior stakeholders to develop and set the company's reward strategy
• Work with the senior HR Management team to support Union negotiations
• Develop the reward strategy in line with the HR strategy
• Lead large and complex reward based projects
