Housing & Regeneration Solicitor NQ - 2 years - Devon.

As a highly regarded international law firm my client is seeking to recruit an additional member for it's housing and regeneration team. This multi-site department act on highly complex matters providing a range of property related advise to housing associations, developers, local authorities and other public and private sector clients nationwide.

The role of Housing & Regeneration Solicitor will involve advising on the acquisition and development of sites including handling a portfolio of social landlords and setting up agreements, leases and acting on large scale property security matters. You will be expected to develop relationships with clients and help with marketing activities.

This role would suit a candidate that has trained a highly regarded regional or City firm now seeking to forge a long term career within a City firm providing highly value and complex work. You must be about to qualify or have circa 1-2 years post qualification experience within a similar environment.
