Property Solicitor (Non Contentious)

A renowned regional law firm recognised within the Legal 500 is seeking to increase it's property team due to on-going success. The department acts for a broad spectrum of business's including large scale developers, retail units and acts for high scale clients handling portfolio management. A proven all round property solicitor is required to handle all aspects of transactions including sale and purchase of commercial use and mixed use properties, developments and associated property finance.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle all of your clients property transactions and also deal with HNW mixed use property transactions with advising on elements of rural and agricultural property related transactions.

If you have a minimum of 3 years expertise handling a diverse non contentious property related caseload, able to work with minimum supervision, this role offers an excellent working environment with the chance to grow and cement existing relationships with a full range of businesses across the South West and M4 Corridor.
