Post Completions Manager - Legal 100 - Plymouth

Post Completions Team Manager is required by leading regional law firm with an enviable portfolio of clients nationwide. Due to significant growth and continued evolution an experienced Post Completions Solicitor or ILEX is required to lead and manage a team whilst utilising their knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues to provide in depth expertise and leadership at their office situated on the Devon waterfront.

The role of Team Leader will involve becoming a key leader and compliance specialist able to maintain high standards and adherence to strict monitoring and control whilst providing advice and leadership to the existing team.

This opportunity would suit an experienced leader with proven expertise within Post Completion work, able to effect and monitor the process whilst developing controls and improvements and a sound understanding of regulations and process management.

Accountabilities:

* Land Registration Rules
* SDLT Tax Provisions
* CML Requirements
* SRA Code of Conduct and Solicitors Accounts Rules
* Internal Service Levels agreed with NHT and conveyancing team
