One of the largest regional law firms in the country is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team based based in Devon. As a highly regarded Legal 200 firm, they have an existing team and require a further solicitor to handle a caseload of sale and acquisition matters including lease renewals and general property issues.

This role would suit a solicitor with proven ability handling a diverse range of commercial property work including advising on small and large scale projects, purchase options and property finances. You must be confident acting on high value work and able to mange key relationships.
