Corporate Law Solicitor - L200 - Exeter

Highly regarded law practice within the South West of England is seeking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE to join this nationally recognised Corporate Department. This busy team based in Exeter and London deals with a broad range of corporate transactional work on behalf of clients nationwide including high value and complex merger and acquisition work.

This role will report directly to the Partner and allow the ideal candidate exposure to complex work and a high degree of responsibility, handling a diverse caseload of matters relating to all specialisms of corporate issues including, finance, acquisitions and mergers.
